RESEMBLANCES AND LOOK-ALIKE
FrançaisFor this film - shot on locations in Marrocco in extra- ordinary conditions for me, (no lab, no oven to cure any foam latex appliances, and a canicular Ramadan, also we were shooting only at nights), I had to improvise this President of Afganistan look alike in only one day from 10am till 10pm. I cast the actor, sculpted the new features on his plaster face, molded those sculptures and brushed-cast some latex shell pieces. Now, I wish I had shaved some of the hair to simulate the widow peak of the original.
